A Los Angeles judge ruled that Michael Jackson's father will not inherit any of his late son's stuff. Recently Joe had taken legal action over Michael's estate after discovering that he was not named in the pop legend's will.

According to various news reports, Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has insisted that Michael's wishes must be respected thus why Joe was denied.

Beckloff is quoted as saying in court: "I don't think he gets to step into this and create further litigation. Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."
