Academy Award winner Sean Penn and Robin Wright-Penn's son was arrested last week.

According to RadarOnline.com, Hopper Penn, 16, was taken into custody by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department after officers were called to his high school in Malibu

Authorities haven't released any details as to why he was arrested or if any charges have been made only because he is a minor.. The news of Hopper’s arrest comes weeks after Robin filed for divorce from Sean, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Sean, 49, first filed for divorce in December 2007, but that petition was later dismissed.
